What’s your payment process?

• We bill you 40% up front as a deposit, 30% at a agreed midway milestone, and the final 30% on completion.

What type of payments do you accept?

• We accept major credit cards via PayPal and we also accept Checks (Cheque)
  N.B. – work on your project will not begin until we have received your deposit.

Where is your Team located?

• All of our designers and developers were born, raised and live in the US, except for Declan who is a legal alien, from Ireland, work on your project will be performed in Michigan.

How much does a web site cost?

• There are a number of factors that are going to affect the ultimate cost of your web site, each proposal is quoted out separately.  However to give you a ball park number, our standard brochure sites, which include a content management system normally run about $5000 / Simple eCommerce Sites Start at $6,500

How long will it take for my web site to be designed?

• Normally our sites take anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks to complete, but this all depends you (the client), and making sure you deliver content and feedback on time.

Can you design me a free mock-up to help us choose a designer/developer?

• The short answer is “No”! you can view our portfolio — you should get a good enough idea regarding our style and skills from previous published work.
  N.B. Some of the designs displayed on our portfolio were designed by my previous employer.

Can I just pay the whole invoice amount when the website is done?

• No!
